Mighty Mississippi River House

Time to relax and enjoy the breathtaking sights and scenes of the Mighty Mississippi! Wildlife is plentiful with bald eagles, deer, ducks, swans, and you guessed it, fish! The home has two bedrooms as well as two rollaway beds available. Located near many popular destinations throughout the Quad Cities; just 3.5 Miles from TBK Sports Complex, 5 miles from downtown Leclaire, and 9 Miles from Downtown Davenport. Equipped with a large game room, bar, arcade games, darts, foosball, and much more! The space This is a 2-bedroom river house located right on the Mississippi River. The upstairs main living (remember the house does flood:)) room is cozy, with a wonderful river view, plus a full kitchen, alongside a dining room. Wash up, there’s a full bathroom too…(that means with a sink,tub,shower etc) additional 1/2 bathroom on the main floor right when you walk in to the right. Labeled bathroom so not to be missed! There is a washer and dryer for guests to utilize. Plus did you see , the large game-room/party-room, so sit back and enjoy the company of your crew and play games. The game room has a 55' TV, Bar, plenty of seating, foosball, and arcade games. Dobt stsy inside too much…the back yard and views from the deck are not to be missed. We do love our guest's furry friends; However, we require a 75$ no returnable pet fee, trust us…much cheaper than the kennel. Guest access guests will be able to access the first and second floors of the house. the garage as well as the attic are not accessible to guests. Other things to note We do offer early check-in and late check out options that are subject to availability. Please reach out in advance understand availability. In addition to the Full and Queen bed, we have two Twin Roll-Away beds available at no cost. Please let us know the number of roll-aways prior to your arrival. For an additional charge, we can provide a third roll-away bed. Please let us know prior to your arrival. Parties are only to occur with the approval of the host. Please inquire in advance for approval. Commercial Photography and Filming is only allowed with the approval of the host.
