Charming historic town, home of Brooks School and Phillips Academy, 30 minutes to Boston and Seacoast. Families will enjoy our children’s park and town park, just a short walk from property. Enjoy pastural views while relaxing poolside (availability May 1 - Oct 1)in a quiet & private backyard setting. Hot tub is also open May 1 til Nov 1. Seven minutes to commuter rail for those who desire traveling into Boston, no hassle! The space We will be on the premises which is separate, you will have the entire house to yourselves. We are available to you with any questions as well as pool & hot tub. We try to keep these times appropriate to your usage. We have a selected patio where at times you may see us. This is a spot you may also use to observe neighboring horses and use of firepit. Guest access All spaces of the property. Guests must remain on our property. Horses are located on private property and owned by neighbors, guests are not allowed to go beyond our property as marked. Other things to note Host is allergic to canines and cannot accept services dogs. Enjoy pool (May 1-Oct 1)and hot tub (availability May 1-0ct 31) Grilling and outdoor eating. Volleyball, badminton, cornhole toss, pool and table tennis available. Lovely walks to town park, Coolidge House (gardens), children’s park, and old historic center. Ice cream and sandwiches at ‘Cows Rock’, 5 minutes walk! Drive within an hour to historic towns: Kennebunkport, York and Ogunquit, ME Beaches and ports of Newburyport, Portsmouth, Rye, Gloucester and Rockport. Local apple picking, hay rides and hiking.
