Please message me with any questions. The space This is a private, studio retreat with its own full bathroom and a separate entrance from my driveway. Retreat details: Comfortable queen bed, sofa, reading nook, dinette table for two, plush towels, Keurig, assorted coffee and tea, snacks for your enjoyment , small refrigerator, microwave, toaster, TV, glasses, mugs, plates, silverware, toiletries, disposable plates/utensils, napkins. Privately located at the back of my house, you’ll be able to come and go as you please with the lockbox. I work from home and will be available to answer questions, if needed, but you’ll be left alone if that’s what you prefer. Please be aware that, while private, the suite is attached to my home, and I have two children and one small dog that you might hear on occasion. She will be kept away from guests, but my dog is a rescue and scared of strangers so please do not approach her. You may also see us coming and going from the shared driveway. The house is next to a school and off of a main road so there is traffic that you can hear and activity on the sport fields in non-winter months. This is a great option for one or two people looking for a more affordable and private/COVID-safe alternative to a hotel room to explore the area, visit family, tour colleges, or have a comfortable space while traveling for business. Close to Baystate Medical Center and a great option for traveling doctors or nurses, professors visiting local colleges and universities or professionals traveling. Guest access Lockbox from the private entrance off my driveway. The door between the apartment and the rest of the house will be locked and you have a latch to ensure privacy.
