Three very comfortable bedrooms with cotton and linen sheets, quality mattresses and pillows. 2 bedrooms located on lower level. Separate room for work space with pull up table and sofa. Amazing backyard space with fire pit and grill The space House monitored by 2 outside cameras : one on the front entrance and one on the back door (porch) entrance. Guest access Access by convenient digital lock Other things to note Absolutely NO SMOKING in the house ( no e-cigarettes, marijuana or anything else). We take it very seriously No shoes inside the house NO parties and quiet hours 10pm-8am ( be respectful to our dear neighbors) Please do your best not to flush toilet paper, 🗑️ provided We have beautiful set up in the kitchen with everything you need. Anything you see in the kitchen ( coffee, sugars, teas, pastas or sweets) is for you to use while you staying with us Enjoy vinyl records player and if you have a favourite band please let us know we will try to add it to our collection We do not have Cable TV, we have smart TV where you can use Netflix, Prime, Hulu and etc. House monitored by 2 outside cameras: one for the front entrance and one for the back door entrance If you use grill, please wipe it off after yourself.
