The basement apartment is completely private and comes with designated parking for 2 vehicles, a separate entrance and contactless check-in. It's a nice spot for a solo traveller, a couple, or two folks who get along and don't mind sharing the space. There is a private bedroom with two twin beds, a full bath, a fully equipped kitchen, a living room with small dining area and sleeper sofa that can pull out to a queen bed. The apartment faces a grassy backyard in the summer, or snowy in the winter, and is accessed via an outdoor stairway. There is a private back patio for guest use. Keyless entry lets you check-in at your convenience. You will have your own parking spot and separate private entrance to the basement apartment. You may use the apartment's outdoor patio and grill. The back yard is set aside specifically for guest use and has horseshoes and other yard games. Guests have full access to the apartment except for a locked closet and a blocked off stairway. Neighbors have construction equipment, working ranches and livestock that are sometimes on the road. Guests should be comfortable traveling on bumpy dirt roads, as well as among working equipment and livestock. Please drive slower on our road than you would expect. Also nearby is the quaint hamlet of Gallatin Gateway. Enjoy local pies at Post Office Pizza or a beer and burger from Stacey's Old Faithful just down the road. The Gallatin River is also less than a mile away. Free parking up to 2 vehicles. There is NO turnaround in the driveway for guests hauling a trailer. The Gallatin Gateway Inn is also nearby which is stop on the Skyline bus route to Big Sky or into Bozeman. The basement apartment is a 25 minute drive from the Yellowstone International Airport in Bozeman (15 miles) and only 15 minutes from downtown Bozeman in good driving conditions. You have an easy commute into Bozeman, north to Interstate-90 or south towards Big Sky and West Yellowstone (closest entrance into Yellowstone National Park).
