The Space This newly built guest house has a soundproof interior boasting large triple pane windows letting in great morning & afternoon light, and features black-out blinds for better sleep or even film viewings during the day. The space has thoughtful, luxurious amenities throughout: comfortable leather sofas, gas fireplace, cozy blankets, maple hardwood floors, high ceilings, two airplane prop ceiling fans, Philips Hue smart lighting, a large “Timothy Oulton” aviator desk workspace, bar seating, glass enclosed shower w rainfall showerhead, 8ft windows looking onto a beautiful backyard and patio for guest use. A comfortable queen mattress bed for a great rest after a day in the city. Strong WiFi and quiet atmosphere allow for both work and relaxation. Soundproofed and outfitted with 7.1 surround sound, filmmakers (or film fanatics!) can immerse themselves in a movie on the 80" 8k Smart TV. With a baby grand piano always in tune, musicians can use the studio to write and rehearse. Like a hotel room, this studio does not have a kitchen, but has a Moccamaster coffee maker, wine cooler / refrigerator. Fresh towels, linens, pillows, whisper quiet air conditioning, and heat included for a comfortable and peaceful stay. Guest access Host may require a phone call with guests prior to confirmation. Guests will have access to the entire 700 sq ft studio (including piano), driveway parking, large patio, and backyard with fire pit. Other things to note Location also has parking to charge an electric car. A chef’s kitchen (in the host's home) is available (for an additional fee) which is adjacent to the studio.
