Come and stay at the Gambler’s House in beautiful southwestern Montana! Our home is about 7-8 minutes outside the charming town of Dillon. Stay in a quiet home above the valley floor that has gorgeous 365° mountain views and beautiful valley views overlooking Dillon! Dillon is situated in a sweeping valley where the Big Hole and Beaverhead rivers converge. Beaverhead River is a blue-ribbon trout stream that's a favorite for fly fishermen. *Cancellation policies are firm no exceptions! The space Single story home on just under 4 acres over looking the valley. Large open concept kitchen, dining, and living room areas with vaulted ceilings and beautiful hardwood floors. *The heating system is radiant floor heat. Which means it takes a little bit to heat up. Settings of 70 degrees is usually warm enough. In winter months, Please set at 70 degrees when departing! Guest access Outside storage building includes Extra chairs Corn hole boards and bags Bean bag toss Large wooden dice. Other things to note This is rural Montana living. Wildlife is in abundance. Please remember as we take all the steps needed to keep everyone safe there is a possibility of snakes, spiders, wasps, flies, etc. We have not seen a snake on our property but that doesn’t mean there won’t be. Please be aware. We don’t want any surprises. * in the summer months it’s can be hot. We recommend closing all windows and shades early (especially on the south and west sides of the home) to keep the cool in and open them up at dusk. The house will cool down over night. ** in winter months there could be blowing snow. Please keep doors and windows closed and locked. Please set thermostats to 70 degrees. The house has radiant floor heat and does take a little time to warm up but is amazing once warmed. Nothing like walking barefoot on the heated floor. Don’t forget to use the wood stove!
