The home is family-friendly and well-suited for parents traveling with children. Because of the neighborhood, this home is not suitable for parties, events, or large gatherings. We welcome guests who value a calm, family-oriented setting, away from the overcrowded tourist spots. The home has one step at the entrance. The property is fully yours during your stay (no shared spaces). A fenced-in yard is available for relaxing after the beach. It’s great for kids to run around and play. Guest access You’ll have full access to the home, including 2 bedrooms, 1 bath, the living room, dining room, kitchen, and a fully fenced backyard. The garage and 3rd bedroom remain locked during your stay to store the owner's belongings. Beach gear, toys, chairs, and a wagon are ready for you in the shed. Enjoy bay views and peaceful neighborhood walks. After a day at the beach, unwind in the backyard while the kids play — grill dinner, relax in the hammock, or gather around the fire pit in the evening. A washer and dryer are available for your stay, along with high-speed Wi-Fi, a Smart TV, and an outdoor grill.
