A stunning and brand new three bedroom, two bathroom home with beautiful high end finishes just minutes from Old Mandeville and 30 mins from New Orleans. Minutes away from restaurants, shops, the bike trail, and the lakefront. This cute cottage has a whole-home generator, washer & dryer, and 2 car garage. One bedroom is set up as an office, and also has a crib. The space This is a brand new construction home, completed April 2022. It's gorgeous and has all the bells and whistles. Guest access Guests will have access to two bedrooms, spa-like primary bathroom, smaller but still beautiful secondary bath, large living/dining/kitchen space, backyard patio, laundry room and garage. There is a dedicated office that also has a crib. An email will arrive shortly after booking with all the information you will need on arrival. I do my best to accommodate pets, but do ask guests to be honest and declare them at booking! Pet owner is responsible for any damage or additional cleaning necessitated from pets and this will be noted after check out, so please make sure they are well behaved.
