Home on 35 acre estate situated in beautiful rural Covington. The 4BR, 4 bath house and extra sleeper couch, full gym, 6 person hot tub, outdoor pavilion with full kitchen, a fire pit, fast wi-fi and fresh eggs from the chicken coop. There is another home on the property and the pavilion, fire pit and sports court are first come first serve. PLEASE NOTE THAT EVENTS/PARTIES ARE NOT PERMITTED WITHOUT FIRST ARRANGING SPACE AND FEES THROUGH OUR WEBSITE AT ZA-RANCH. You'll be warmly welcomed by a foyer that leads to a capacious living room boasting abundant natural light and a charming fireplace. Thoughtfully designed for relaxation and comfort, our home boasts four generously sized bedrooms. Each bedroom serves as a true retreat, complete with an en-suite bathroom and ample closet space. There are several attractions near our home and here are a few suggestions: Abita Mystery House - A unique and quirky museum that showcases oddities, folk art, and Americana. Located at 22275 LA-36, Abita Springs, LA 70420. Tammany Trace - A scenic paved trail that spans over 31 miles from Covington to Slidell. It's perfect for walking, running, biking, or rollerblading. Fontainebleau State Park - A beautiful park that features a beach, hiking trails, a pier, and a historic lodge. Located at 62883 LA-1089, Mandeville, LA 70471. Insta-Gator Ranch & Hatchery - A unique attraction where you can hold and learn about alligators. Located at 74645 Allen Rd, Covington, LA 70435. Covington Trailhead Museum - A museum that features exhibits on the history of Covington and the surrounding area. Located at 419 N New Hampshire St, Covington, LA 70433. Global Wildlife Center - A safari-style park where you can see over 4,000 exotic animals from around the world. Located at 26389 Louisiana 40, Folsom, LA 70437. Lake Pontchartrain - A large lake located just south of Covington. It's great for fishing, boating, or just enjoying the scenic views. Pelican Park - A large recreational park with playgrounds, sports fields, a splash pad, and more. Located at 63350 Pelican Dr, Mandeville, LA 70448. Madisonville Wooden Boat Festival - A festival that celebrates wooden boats and the rich maritime history of the area. It's held annually in Madisonville, just a short drive from Covington. The property is also an event space.
