Welcome to Studio C, a cozy 320 sqft. downtown studio apartment that has been completely remodeled to compliment the charm of our downtown area with exposed brick and all new appliances! While Studio C is small, it has the essentials and luxuries needed to make your stay comfortable! Centrally located in the heart of Waverly and within walking distance to restaurants, shopping, grocery stores and the bike trail. Studio C is accessible by a set of 20 stairs that may be too steep for some. The space *Studio C is completely renovated, making everything in the apartment from the floors and electric to the decor and appliances all brand new. ***Studio C is accessible by climbing a set of 20 stairs that may be steep for some. If you have any issues with mobility this space will not be a good fit for you.*** *We do not own or have any control over the stairs leading to the studio. It is a public hallway shared by other tenants within the apartment building. *Fully equipped kitchen with pots/pans, utensils, silverware, dishes, etc. including a dishwasher and a counter height table for two. *California King bed with a Zinus 12 Inch Green Tea Memory Foam Mattress *Elegant walk-in tile shower *All in one washer/dryer combo for small loads *Electric wall mounted fireplace *58” ROKU TV *Recliner for comfortable seating *Storage bench at end of the bed has replaced the desk and ottoman *View and sounds of the river from across the road *Conveniently located to local shops, restaurants, the river and bike trail. The Cedar Falls UNI-Dome is just 20 miles away or Lost Island Theme and Waterparks are also a short drive at 2o miles away. *Paper towels, garbage bags, dish soap, hand soap, cleaning supplies, bath towels and toilet paper are provided but please bring your own toiletries Studio C POLICIES: -No smoking/vaping and any signs indicating smoking/vaping inside the apartment or building will result in a $150 fee -No pets -No parties -No tampering with the locks or wifi as this will result in the immediate termination of your stay with no refund. PLEASE NOTE: ***Studio C is accessible by climbing a set of 20 stairs that may be too steep for some. It is a public hallway shared by other tenants within the apartment complex.
