While Studio C is small, it has the essentials and luxuries needed to make your stay comfortable! Centrally located in the heart of Waverly and within walking distance to restaurants, shopping, grocery stores and the bike trail. Studio C is accessible by a set of 20 stairs that may be too steep for some. The space *Studio C is completely renovated, making everything in the apartment from the floors and electric to the decor and appliances all brand new. ***Studio C is accessible by climbing a set of 20 stairs that may be steep for some. If you have any issues with mobility this may not be the best fit for you.*** *We do not own or have any control over the stairs leading to the studio. It is a public hallway shared by other tenants within the apartment building. *The main bridge on Bremer Ave. is now also officially closed due to reconstruction so please be aware there will be detour signs to help you navigate to our studio and shops downtown. The Cedar Falls UNI-Dome is just 20 miles away or Lost Island Theme and Waterparks are also a short drive at 2o miles away. *Paper towels, garbage bags, dish soap, hand soap, cleaning supplies, bath towels and toilet paper are provided but please bring your own toiletries Studio C POLICIES: -No smoking/vaping and any signs indicating smoking/vaping inside the apartment or building will result in a $150 fee -No pets -No parties -No tampering with the locks, wifi or ring camera as this will result in the immediate termination of your stay with no refund.
