Enjoy this cozy, newly renovated, private studio apartment - a perfect summer retreat away from the city! Basement apartment has rain shower head, gorgeous wooden ceiling. Kitchenette has small fridge/freezer, microwave, Keurig coffee maker, and hot plate. You will have exclusive access to waterfront with dock, scenic sitting hammocks, firepit, kayaks, canoe, and hot tub! You have a private entrance. Other things to note Things to keep in mind: * This may not be a good fit :) for anyone over 6'3" or so. The shower is just about that height, and the ceiling in the rest of the space is several inches taller. * This is a lived-in space, not a dedicated AirBnB space. Relatedly - I have things in the closet and dresser. You will, of course, have dedicated shelves and a place to store your bags. If you do need extensive closet please let me know in advance and I will clear out space!
