The space Discover the charm of our beautiful and comfortable basement apartment featuring two bedrooms, a well-appointed bathroom, a cozy living room, and a convenient kitchenette. Step through the walk-out sliding doors onto a delightful backyard and your own private patio. It's worth noting that there are stairs involved, so please consider this aspect before making your booking. While the stairs add to the character of the space, we want to ensure that our guests are comfortable and aware of this feature. We look forward to hosting you in this inviting space, providing you with a cozy retreat during your stay. Guest access You will have the entire basement to yourselves, which includes one bedroom (for 1–2 guests) or two bedrooms (for 3–4 guests), each with a queen bed, as well as one bathroom, a living area, and a kitchenette. The living area is equipped with a Roku TV and a table for games. Please note that only one bedroom will be available for 1–2 guests. If you would like to use the second bedroom with only two guests, please book for three guests so that the second bedroom can be opened. Upstairs areas—including the bedrooms, bathroom, living room, kitchen, and deck—contain my personal belongings and are off-limits. Other things to note Please park on the left side in the driveway and enter the home through the 'Main Door' next to the garage. Upon entering the home, kindly remove your shoes. Please utilize the side door by the garage for entry and exit; avoid using the front door, which should remain locked at all times.
