We are a 5 minute drive to the Iowa State Fair, you can walk to the local grocery store, ladies boutique and good restaurants. Going out and about the city? No problem. Adventureland is 12 min, Ankeny 20 min, Jordan Creek 25 min, Wells Fargo Arena 11 min, MidAmerican Rec Plex 24 min, and within 30 min of just about every baseball/softball complex in town.
