Camp David (entire 13 acres & three Cabins)

Nestled outside the village of Stillwater, NJ and right across the Appalachian trail and the Kittatinny Mountain Ridge, Camp David sports three luxurious cabins with that rustic feel while maintaining modern amenities. Surrounded by state forests, reconnect with loved ones in this family-friendly respite. All cabins come equipped with full bathrooms, updated kitchens, fireplace, climate controlled heating/cooling as well as hot water. The space Our property of 13 acres is abutted by 100's of acres of state park land. Two stocked ponds connected by a cascading stream, fire pits with seating, furnished gazebo with wood stove. It is a lovely space for weddings and other family gatherings. On the property are three fully updated cabins. 1. Bell’s Cabin Bell's Cabin is the original, turn of the century log cabin where you can still visibly see the hand hewn logs. It has the old country charm with all the modern amenities. It is furnished with a king size, full size and two twin size beds with blankets and pillows provided. Bell’s Cabin has two floors. The first floor has an open layout style with full kitchen, dining area, and living room area with fireplace. Our full private bathroom is also located on the first floor. Our second floor is an open layout bedroom which contains the bedding listed above. 2. Chief’s Cottage For those needing an alternative stay without stairs, our Chief’s Cottage cabin is completely ground level, accessible by ramp, and wheelchair accessible including the bathroom. Chief's Cottage has a king size bed, two full beds (bunked), and two twin beds (bunked). All beds come with blankets and pillows. It is equipped with a full modern kitchen, dining area, a fire place and even pool table. 3. The Chatham House The Chatham House has two full beds and two single beds and comes with blankets and pillows. It is an open layout/ great room style (no separate bedrooms except for the bathroom). It has a full kitchen area and cozy sitting area with fire place. We do have additional bunk beds and mobile cots if needed. All three cabins have a modern full size kitchen and bathroom with hot water, heating/cooling. There is also an additional bathhouse equipped with updated bathrooms and showers. Eighteen guests are included with the rental of Camp David. Any amount of guests above the eighteen count requires approval and an additional fee of $55 per person, per night/ day, regardless if they are staying overnight or visiting for the day. No additional guests allowed on the property outside the number of guests on the reservation please Guest access During your stay, you 'll have access to all three cabins, two ponds, gazebo, open football sized field for any desired sports or game play, nature walks, multiple fire pits, outdoor seating and the list goes on. Other things to note Camp David was originally a German hunting camp at the turn of the 20th century. It was later donated to the Boy Scouts in the 1940’s. By the 2000’s, it was left abandoned at which time I purchased it and began to restore it back to its true form while maintaining the cabin life integrity. I am a contractor and arborist by trade and the last ten years I have worked hard to bring the site back to life.
