Quiet resort with only 53 privately owned units, most days I’m the only one at the relaxing pool, there are also lawn chairs on the soft well kept grassy area. Full access to the entire condo. No sharing with owner or other guests. Enjoy! Also guest access to elevator or stairs, BBQ grills on the property, lawn chairs on the ocean front grass oasis, pool and pool lawn chairs, foot rinse and pool shower, plus use my Tommy Bahama chairs, picnic cooler, thermos, safety vests, and snorkeling gear for beach trips! The Condo is in north Kihei, Oceanside, meaning no roads to cross to get to the beach, just walk outside and take 5 simple steps down to the sand!! 15 minutes from the airport. Next door to the Kihei Outrigger Canoe Club. Farmers Market, ABC convenience store, scrumptious bakery, and famous Ululani’s Shave Ice right across the road. 5 miles of white sandy beaches right out front! A rental car is great if you like to explore. There are numerous beaches to explore, fantastic hikes, and gorgeous vistas!! But if you just want to relax a car is not really needed at my condo. There is Plenty of pristine unobstructed white sand Sugar Beach to walk, 5 miles in fact to the north, with all privately owned condos, thus with no hotels, so very few people on the beach. And less than a mile walk to the South you will see the interesting Whale Museum, along with turtles at the King’s fish pond that bask on the lava rocks during the day, you can walk out to them, only knee deep water, and then in the evenings at sunset the turtles come up on the beach to sleep, always a treat to see large green sea turtles! Enjoy the nice refreshing pool with plenty of welcoming never crowded lawn chairs. Also there is easy access to a fully stocked ABC general store right across the street, plus the best Sugar Beach Bakery in Kihei, and the top rated Ululani’s Shave ice!! And often you can see whale spouts right from my 4th floor lanai. So stay home, relax and enjoy! Open guest parking lot out front with handicap parking if needed. Guest parking pass provided. Short trip to shopping, Safeway, Costco, and fabulous restaurants! Close by snorkeling, harbor for whale watching boats, fishing, hiking, biking, turtle watching, and so much more!! 2 Tommy Bahama chairs and 2 sets of snorkeling gear are provided for your enjoyment, please just rinse and take care of them for me. I love snorkeling!! There is also an iron and board if needed. There are BBQ grills on the property for guests to use too.
