Description
Historic 1860 Charm, Modern Amenities Comfort. This home was built in 1860 as the very first impressive Italianate style home in Marion, it has some amazing history, and incredible original woodwork throughout. In 1910, it was converted into a duplex to provide homes for railway leaders as Marion brought the railway to Linn County. This is certainly a one of a kind stay, with just the right updates to make it comfortable, and just enough original aspects to make it memorable. The space This home has everything you need for a cozy & relaxing home away from home! You have a full modern kitchen, dining room, lounge & living room, as well as 3 bedrooms & a bathroom. The bathroom and all bedrooms are located on the 2nd floor. Guest access Your home has a private entrance with keyless keypad entry. Guests will also have access to 1 of the 2 garage stalls during their stay. Other things to note Because this home is a duplex, you may hear faint noises of guests next door at times. We provide white noise machines to help eliminate some of the possible noise.
