Forget your worries in this spacious and serene home located on the bay and 8 min walk to Seaside Beach & Boardwalk. Come to unwind and relax in this 4 bed/1.5 bath fully renovated home. Easy walk to restaurants, bars & shopping. Quiet and convenient neighborhood where you can avoid most of the island traffic headaches. 5 Beach badges are also provided (required June 12-Sept 3). Linens and towels are also provided. Bring your own beach towels please. Other things to note -No pets -No large parties or proms -No smoking or eCigs allowed -Booking must be made by someone 25+ only. Anyone under that age must be supervised by 25+ during the entire stay. -5 Beach badges are provided during your stay. There will be a charge of $100 for any unreturned badges.
