This peaceful and centrally-located cottage nestled behind the owner's home offers a quiet retreat in a beautiful neighborhood! Super safe family neighborhood located just off Highland Road. So close to LSU and the hospital corridor! Walking distance to Superior Grill Highland and a 5 minute drive to the beautiful Perkins Road Community Park. Great neighborhood for biking, walking or jogging! LSU Stadium - 4 mi Superior Grill Highland - 0.6 mi River Center - 7 mi Lamar Dixon - 16 mi The space This quiet nook of an apartment, nestled behind our home, is bright with an open floorplan. Pull up the blinds in the morning and enjoy our beautiful back yard and all the birds that visit daily. The kitchenette is perfect for travelers and includes a coffee machine, 1/2 size refrigerator, microwave, and several gadgets to cook with (toaster, pressure cooker, air fryer)...and all the needed accessories. There's a very large laundry room/closet that contains a full sized washer and dryerand an additional single bed! Guest access Keypad door lock with unique code provided. Other things to note We live and work in the house in front of the apartment, so will be on premises most of the time. There is a parking nook for guests in front of the house. We love to spend time in our yard working. We promise to only work during decent hours! (Quiet hours are 10 pm - 6 am, but we're not up that early on weekends!) Maximum occupancy is 3 adults. Additional unannounced guests will result in a $50 fee per person, per night. Sleeping arrangements for additional unannounced guests are the responsibility of the guests.
