We built this 2 level home 6 years ago and it is located on Washington St in the towns Historic district. The home is set back from street with a long country style driveway. We designed it with large windows in all rooms, welcoming the sunlight and peaceful setting. Access to clean and empty garage for storage (No parking). We have no personal items in the guest level - all closets and dressers are empty and yours for full use! Co Host reside in lower separate entrance suite. Nothing Shared. The space Guests have access to entire upper level of this ranch. Enter via garage pedestrian door (with lock box) and front or rear door . Lower level suite has a separate entrance which co host Megan (our daughter) and fiancée John (Danny) maintain for personal use ---no shared areas. Please note, this is not a 2 family . We keep all of our personal belongings in the basement level. This is Air BNB Home Sharing without the sharing and lots of privacy ! Living space (open floor plan) Master bedroom- 1 queen bed with attached full bath w/ walk in closet (empty) and dressers (empty) Bedroom 2 - 1 queen size bed with closet and dresser (both empty) Bedroom 3 - 1 full size bed with desk for the designated working area . Closet and dresser (both empty) Common area # 1 - 2 couches / 2 chairs / 1 Gas Fireplace Common area # 2 - 1 sectional / 1 Gas Fireplace Dining Room-- surrounded by windows - seats 6 Kitchen-Fully Equipped with Island, seating for 5 Laundry w/ utility sink Pack and play for an infant or toddler upon request. Other things to note: The back yard offers a white crushed stone patio w/ 2 Adirondack chairs, picnic table and gas grill. Guest access Guest have full and private access to main level-- nothing shared - no personal items on guest level .
