Please take a moment to read the following, as it includes essential information about fees, check-in procedures, privacy, and guest responsibilities: Guest Access, ID, and HOA Requirements * Check-in is done at the Front Desk or with the Security Guard after hours, in accordance with building security and HOA requirements. * A valid government-issued ID matching the name on the Airbnb reservation is required at check-in. This ensures your security and a smooth registration process. * Any request to change or add names after booking will incur a $50 fee per change, and must be processed through Airbnb’s “Change Reservation” tool. **** This complies with Airbnb’s policy, which allows verified identity requirements if necessary for HOA or building access.**** Other things to note SECURITY DEPOSIT: Resort will require a deposit for incidentals or damages at check-in. You can use a credit or debit card , the deposit is U$115 per apartment. This is a preauthorization, not charged and released at check-out if not needed. Credit cards usually are refund in 2-3 days, while debit cards can take longer. Please contact your financial institution for more details.    (WAIVED) RESORT FEE: The amount of $10 + tax will be charged per night of your stay ( it is not per person ). This amount is NOT included in your Airbnb price.    *** This is a standard procedure of the resort and is allowed under Airbnb’s policy when part of hotel or HOA compliance.*** This is a timeshare resort, you are MY GUEST, that means you HAVE NOT to attend any timeshare presentation.  Timeshare tour is not required but may be offered by the resort for incentives.  WE DO NOT promote, endorse or encourage any sales pit however is up to you to accept in case it is offered, again, you are not required.    PLEASE CHECK OUR CANCELATION POLICY. Always is smart to buy a travel cancelation insurance, this way you always can have full refund in case you cancel.  **Once the reservation is confirmed, it is NOT possible to change dates and for changing names there will be a fee of €50.    Rules for change of names:  1. Name changes may be accepted up to 7 (seven) days before check-in. Note that on some special and promotional dates the name change is not accepted.  2. Each name change has an additional rate of € 50. Privacy & Data Use We only request ID and basic information as required by local laws and HOA rules for property access and guest verification. All communications prior to booking must remain within Airbnb.
