Sparrow's Rest - Room 1 - Women Only

Sparrow's Rest Room 1 is for women only. It has a walk-in closet and roll-top desk. *Easy walk to the Kernels Baseball Stadium, Kingston Stadium, Veterans Memorial Park, the ice arena, and grocery stores. *On a bus route, providing access to the city. *10 miles from new data center. *17 miles to the Amana Colonies. *12 minutes from Eastern Iowa Airport The space The main floor has a living room, sunroom, fully equipped kitchen/dining area, a full bathroom with a shower, and access to the back decks. Upstairs you will find three bedrooms, a nonconforming room, and a full bath with a claw foot bathtub for your relaxation. The washer/dryer and weight machine available for guests staying 4 nights or longer. This is in the basement. It is important to note this is in a basement that is over 100 years old, with old basement steps, and the basement is not finished. Guest access Guests will have access to both the main floor and the second floor of the house, patio, firepit, and backyard area. Guests who stay four nights or more will have access to the washer and dryer and weight machine in the basement of the house. Other things to note Sparrow's Rest is on a main road in town, giving you easy access to the city via car or the bus. This does mean that there is also traffic noise to be aware of. This is a non-smoking home. Owner has one dog that will frequently be at the house. No overnight guests allowed and no large parties.
