Upstairs you will find three bedrooms, a nonconforming room, and a full bath with a claw foot bathtub for your relaxation. The washer/dryer and weight machine available for guests staying 4 nights or longer. This is in the basement. It is important to note this is in a basement that is over 100 years old, with old basement steps, and the basement is not finished. Guest access Guests will have access to both the main floor and the second floor of the house, patio, firepit, and backyard area. Guests who stay four nights or more will have access to the washer and dryer and weight machine in the basement of the house. Other things to note Sparrow's Rest is on a main road in town, giving you easy access to the city, but does have a great retreat feel to it.
