That's exactly what you’ll find here, a humble home situated on a spectacular oceanfront parcel of land in an old neighborhood. The studio apartment is in the back of the main house on the 2nd floor. The building is a weathered wood-frame structure and the interior is nicely appointed with an heirloom-style dining table and 2 chairs, Queen bed with an ensemble of crisp Hotel Collection linens, and a couch that pulls out into a full bed. There are ocean views throughout the apartment and a screen door that opens up onto a small balcony with a garden view and just beyond that, a sandy beach. Has a private entrance, fully-equipped kitchen, bathroom with bath and beach towels. Amenities include air-conditioning, WI-FI, flat-screen T.V., 2 beach chairs, umbrella, and 10-quart cooler. Guest access The beach is a 30 second walk from the apartment. The front of the house has a spacious lawn with palm trees overlooking the ocean. Feel free to use the front yard, hammock and lounge chairs anytime. The backyard is off limits, it is the work facility & storage area for our housekeeping and landscape maintenance. We go through great lengths to clean and keep the studio bug free. Still, you may see an occasional critter.
