Large game room with Foosball, pool table and Shuffle board. 4 bedroom and 3 sectional couches (the sectional in the livingroom had a fold out bed) 1. No parties are allowed. 2. Do not move the furniture. 3. Do not park on the grass. 4. Quiet after 10pm. 5. Pets are not allowed on furniture or bedding.
