Originally built in 1930 as a Conoco fuel station , this beautiful old brick building has been under renovation for nearly 3 years and is finally ready to be offered to guests. The town of Cascade is along the beautiful Missouri River , and has access to a public boat launch. There is a cafe and 2 restaurant / bars within walking distance. This cottage has a unique charm that is hard to come by, and we hope you enjoy it as much as we do! each additional occupant past 2 is $20 up charge per The space Lower Level: Coffee Bar area with sink, mini fridge and microwave Mud Room / Entrance Front Room with table & Stools , TV 1/2 bathroom Upper Level: Bedroom #1: King size bed, TV, booth seating area. Note: Bedroom #1 is directly at the top of open stairway & does not have its own private door. Bedroom #2 : Queen size bed . Full size bathroom attached to bathroom #2 Note: Access to full bathroom is through bedroom #2 PLEASE give consideration to the stairway, as both bedrooms & full bath are on upper level. These stairs are STEEP! Also, they are not a smooth metal & some sort of footwear is recommended for comfort. This location is not advised for guests that may have an issue navigating this stairway.
