The Lana: vintage coastal abode

This is a spacious 4 bedroom, 3 bath apartment in a duplex with 4-5 car off-street parking, a rear fenced yard just 5 blocks from the beach. Spacious bedrooms, a living room and an open rear family/kitchen with professional range, second oven, microwave, dishwasher etc. Recently renovated, this home is available limited times as it is our family's home we rent out when we are away--so it's equipped with the comforts of home. Ask about the attached 2 bed/2 bath apt. for larger groups! The space A 2400-ish sq ft 1st and 2nd floor apartment in a duplex with attached driveway for your private use and a personal yard for you only. There is a side entrance off the driveway we prefer you use that makes it easy to carry in things directly into the family room/kitchen. 4 spacious bedrooms (2 on the 1st floor, 2 on the second floor), 3 full baths (1 on the first floor, one en suite on the second and one hall bath), a living room, dining room, a family room open to the eat in kitchen. There are two sets of washer/dryers-one on the first floor rear and one upstairs to make sand clean up off the beach a little easier! This is a great set up for 2 families with kids or 4 couples. The total space sleeps 9 by City of Asbury permit. Note sometimes dogs (no other pets) can stay but require extra cleaning fee and prior approval. Unapproved pets will be charged a $500 fine. The beds have all cotton linens and there are fresh towels and washcloths provided as well as beach towels. A variety of cotton, memory foam and down pillows are throughout the house. This is a quiet home on a quiet block—please be aware you have upstairs neighbors in the adjoining apartment and sound can transfer. Likewise, you will hear them as well as any apartment building despite fully insulating between the units. Please be mindful of yelling, loud music, especially during quiet hours. Ask us about the adjoining 2 bed/2 bath that sleeps 5 for larger groups. Other things to note Asbury is a foodie town in addition to a great beach—I recommend booking your reservations in the high season as soon as you book a place! I love to help with suggestions! We welcome kids but just know that it's not child proofed--no dressers/tables are affixed to the walls, no baby gates and there are stairs within the unit. Our kids are pre-teen and teenage ages so there are touches throughout that work well to meet those needs but younger children have stayed without issue. And ask me about kid-friendly restaurants (especially secret kid menus!) because we have been in Asbury for awhile!
