The Cottage at Kinnick

Located just steps from Kinnick Stadium and the University of Iowa Hospitals & Clinics. Fully updated, this cozy, bright cottage offers all the comforts of home. Hotel quality mattresses & bedding, kitchen appliances, bathroom essentials and everything you need to make your stay all that you want and need it to be. Two well-appointed bedrooms with queen beds and a pullout sofa bed allow for up to six to stay comfortably. The space Much thought and love have gone into this charming 100-year-old house to give our guests all of the modern comforts. The fully equipped kitchen and brand new appliances along with the comfy furnishings throughout the house will help you enjoy your day from start to finish. Every effort went into considering what our guests would want during their stay. A Nespresso coffee & espresso maker with milk frother, a Shark hairdryer with styling attachments, an ice maker that makes two kinds of ice, a large screen smart HDTV and much much more will help you start and end your day in comfort. Tailgating? Feel free to use any of the tailgating games and equipment we've provided in our tailgate area in the basement. Visiting your college student? A warm homecooked meal will provide them just what the doctor ordered. Guest access The entire house, front yard and backyard is yours. While the attic is open and accessible, please limit use of the attic to just a peek. There is a car parked behind the house but there is still room for up to three additional cars to park. You will find the laundry facilities in the basement as well as the tailgating supplies. One room in the basement is locked to hold the homeowners personal belongings.
