Large apartment steps to the Ocean

11 Fuller Terrace is 300 yards to Fisherman's Beach at the bottom of the street. The completely remodeled apartment is the 2nd and 3rd floor of a two family home. It consists of 4 bedrooms, 2 full baths, kitchen, living/dining area, study/work nook and sun room. The private driveway can accommodate two cars. There is additional parking at the bottom of the street. Please see house rules/booking settings for holiday minimum bookings. We are pet friendly, but require case by case approval. The space There are two bedrooms with a king bed and two bedrooms with a full-size bed with pull out twin trundle beds. The kitchen contains a 36 inch Thermador professional range with pro hood, Thermador refrigerator and dishwasher. The sunroom is surrounded by windows and has two loveseats a rocking chair and a reading chair for getting some fresh air or enjoying your coffee/tea in the morning. Guest access This is the second and third floor of a two family house. The first floor is a completely separate rental unit as well. Other things to note There are only two parking spots in the driveway. Please do not park anywhere else on Fuller Terrace as this represents a fire hazard and is disruptive to our neighbors. If more than two cars are parked near our property, the fire department or police may be called. Unloading for 15 or 20 minutes is not a problem, but parking longer than that will be problematic. We prefer to have Friday and Saturday booked together rather than partial weekend bookings. Please inquire with us prior to booking if you would like to start or end your stay on Saturday. We also do not allow one night bookings. If our calendar appears open and you would like to stay for just 1 night, please send us a direct message. Please do not throw a party here. Smoking of any sort is not permitted inside the house and highly discouraged around the property. Thank you!
