Tastefully decorated beach house steps to the beach. Newly renovated 2 bedroom, 1 bath sleeps 6 people. The unit is part of a triplex property with 1 off-street parking spot. For your use, there is a shared outdoor patio with a seating area and a grill, perfect for entertainment and relaxing. The space This space is right off the beach and near the causeway. BEACH BLOCK. It's the perfect amount of space for a small family or small group of people, although the space is small, it has everything you need to make your stay comfortable. You will have the bottom apartment or the 1st floor of the home, completely separate from the top half of the home. 4 Beach badges can be provided upon request. There is a $50 fee for each badge missing. Children under the age of 12, Military Veterans and Active Duty Service Men and Women do not need beach badges. Guest access This house is designed as a triplex with two separate apartment homes and detached cottage. You will have access to the first floor of the home. It is designed as its own apartment space where you will have a private entrance and your own bedrooms, bathroom and kitchen. The patio area is behind the home and will be shared with the other guests. Other things to note No 3rd party bookings. The airbnb guest who makes the reservation MUST be present for the stay. Minimum age requirement for booking- 25 years of age. We may ask for the age of all guests and expect there to be parental supervision. No underage drinking. No pets (no exceptions, sorry) Additional rules -If anything is damaged or broken during your stay please notify me so we can handle things correctly. - Please leave the space in the same condition as you arrived. - No shoes in the house please We accept bookings Saturday to Saturday and will consider other requests. 30 day 100% cancellation policy; if we can re book the space if you stay is within 30 days we will issue a refund as well Starting October 1st, the property will be rented out as a winter rental. The rental will be valid from October 1 to May 14, with a minimum stay of six months. Utilities are NOT INCLUDED for the winter rental (gas, electric, water, and sewer)
