The space This is a two story house + Guest house Main area upstairs, (about 8 steps). There are 2 private king bedrooms and 1 bathroom, full kitchen and living room, (double recliner sofa, comfortable chairs and a bar area), in this space. (Sleeps 4). You will walk out the double doors onto your balcony overlooking the lake and forest. Also a deck on the north side with a grill, table and chairs. Occasionally you will see deer along the edge of the woods and ducks in the lake. Area 2: There is a separate living area on the bottom floor, 800 sq feet of living; with TV, sitting area, Full kitchen, full bath and inflatable bed (if needed). Sleeps 2. It is not a separate bedroom. The washer and dryer are located in the rear of this space. On the patio of this area is your Blaze Grill, Komodo Joe Egg & cowboy Grill, and covered patio. Area 3: Also a large sleeping/living area with 2 double beds & 1 trundle bed, (sleeps 6). Living area with Lazy-Boy recliner sofa and comfortable chairs to watch TV. It also has its own private front porch. There is a full bathroom with shower and a kitchenette, (sink, refrigerator, microwave and Keurig coffee maker). *All bathrooms are full bathrooms with shower. There are two full kitchens, one upstairs and one downstairs, and one kitchenette. Plenty of room to cook, eat and enjoy each other’s company. Guest access Guest will have access to the upstairs, downstairs and guest house, along with the lake and about 40 acres to wander through the woods. All storage buildings/barns are off limits. Other things to note There is a gas grill, charcoal cowboy grill and a fire pit that you will have access to. There is a Walmart, Brookshire Brothers Grocery Store and several Dollar General Stores. Also several good restaurants, churches and urgent cares in DeRidder which is just 4 miles away.
