Description
Private townhome close to gorgeous beaches! The space Spacious 3-bedroom townhome in a prime location at the acclaimed Waikoloa Beach Resort. Close to the best beaches, shopping and restaurants on the Big Island's famed Kohala Coast, this private resort home offers luxurious accommodations that are perfect for families or groups seeking the ideal Hawaiian getaway. The downstairs offers high loft ceilings, an expansive living room with a queen sized sofa sleeper, and a large, fully equipped kitchen. Upstairs, the primary bedroom offers a king bed, a private lanai and a newly renovated (2023) bathroom with a large walk-in shower. The second bedroom has a queen bed. The third bedroom has two twin beds. All guests are given garage access, as well as access to beach chairs. The property is a short distance away from one of the Waikoloa Colony Villas amenity centers, offering guests a large pool and BBQ area only steps from the front door. The second amenity center that guests' can access has a large family pool, jacuzzi, fitness room and BBQ pavilion. Amenities include wireless internet access at no additional charge, central air conditioning, ceiling fans for natural ventilation, fully equipped kitchen with granite counter tops and dishwasher, washer and dryer with detergent provided, iron and ironing board and hair dryer. All guests who stay at the Colony Villas at Waikoloa will have access to use two communal pools & hot tub, tennis courts, communal gas BBQ's (first come, first serve basis) and fitness room. Parking for one vehicle, per unit is provided. The Colony Villas is a non-smoking property. Our resort office is located at the Mauna Lani Terrace and is open daily from 9:00am - 5:00pm for guests who need assistance, have questions or would like recommendations for activities, beaches, restaurants, services, etc. We are also available after-hours to assist in case of a property-related emergency. A car rental is HIGHLY recommended, public transportation & taxi service is limited. TA-005-598-2080-01/STVR-20-399415 Other things to note The State of Hawaii requires that we collect 17.962% tax in 2025 and 18.712% in 2026 on the rent and additional fees (which should be INCLUDED in the price). Tax rates are based on the dates of your stay and guests are responsible to pay all applicable taxes levied by the local authorities should there be a change.
