Bring the whole family for a relaxing week at the beach! Ten minutes from the beautiful Ocean City beaches and boardwalk. Our home is loaded with books and games and designed to be family and pet friendly. Three good sized bedrooms and one full bathroom. Outside, enjoy the new patio and gazebo. The kitchen is fully stocked, including coffee! Everything new in 2023. Comfortable new mattresses. Towels/linens provided. Six Beach tags + beach chairs provided. Bedroom one - queen bed & private balcony + Roku TV - folding desk & chair in the closet if you need a workspace. Bedroom two - queen bed & lending library Bedroom three - full over full bunk beds + one twin bed - pack & play in the closet + linens for pull out couch in this closet One full bath with bathtub / shower combo Stacked washer dryer High Speed internet. Router MUST not be disabled in any way as this will override the locks and cause connectivity issues. Private, fully fenced back yard with new patio & gazebo - outdoor dining table seats 8 (dining chairs and grill are not available Dec-April as they are stored during the cold months) Hot / Cold outdoor shower for after the beach Quiet neighborhood Guest access Two upper levels of home available. Full access to the yard. Small shed in back has all beach needs plus some games for the yard. Lower level and garage are private, with a separate entrance. There is also a larger shed that is not included in the rental. This area is not usually occupied unless owner needs to briefly pop in for maintenance or to restock supplies. Other things to note Ocean City beach is just 10 minutes away. The local bay beach in Somers Point is even closer! Longport dog beach is just 10 minutes away - woof! Other beach towns within 30 minutes include Cape May, Atlantic City, Ventnor, Avalon, Stone Harbor, Wildwood, Brigantine and Sea Isle City. There is a ring doorbell on the front door. Guests should bring trash to the curb on Tuesday nights for Wednesday pickup. Guests should bring recycling to the curb every other Thursday night for Friday pickup. Starter supplies of basics like soap, dish detergent, trash bags, toilet paper, coffee, spices and paper towels included. These are just to start you off - if you are staying more than a day or two, you'll need to bring your own or head to the store. Somers Point has everything you need - ShopRite, ACME, Target, Dollar Tree, and so many restaurants.
