The space Discover the comfort of our contemporary ranch-style home with stunning lake views and a host of amenities. Accommodating 6-7 guests, the property features 3 bedrooms, two half baths, and a shared tub/shower. The fully equipped kitchen, complete with modern appliances, is ready for your culinary endeavors. The vaulted ceiling great room boasts a 50" smart TV and an array of board games, connecting to a spacious deck overlooking the lake. Two workspaces are available, one in the sunroom with beautiful water views and the other in the great room. Guest access The home has a private beach with a dock, perfect for fishing and swimming. There are 3 adult kayaks, 2 kids’ kayaks and a pedal boat; life jackets in various sizes are available for guest use. Gests passes will give you access the 5 sandy community beaches, club house, shuffleboard, tennis, basketball, pickle-ball, recreational field, swings and volleyball along with a large network of well-maintained hiking trails. Other things to note Things to note: • Free WIFI • Free Parking in driveway (no street parking) • 240 volt charging station for electric vehicles (nominal fee) • In addition to the stackable washer and dryer, paid washing machines and dryers are available in the clubhouse laundry room • Due to ecological reason Guests’ boats are not allowed in the lake • Please read Wildwood Community Policy (below) Things to Do: In addition to Wildwood's amenities, Porcupine Place is just minutes away from Granville State Forest, offering scenic hiking trails and waterfalls. Ski Otis resort is a quick 20-minute drive and Tanglewood awaits you 40 minutes away. Dive into the cultural richness of the Berkshires by exploring museums and attractions. Wildwood Community Policy: Watercraft may not be brought into Wildwood. This includes but is not limited to: boats, paddle boards, kayaks & inflatables. Fishing and / or boating is not allowed from the beach or in swimming areas. Pets are not allowed on the beach. Dogs must remain on a leash at all times while on Wildwood common property. Smoking is not allowed on any common property in Wildwood, this includes, but is not limited to: beaches, paths, recreational courts, and clubhouse. Quiet Time Hours: Sunday – Thursday: 10:00pm - 7:00am Friday – Saturday: 11:00pm - 9:00am The speed limit in Wildwood is 15 MPH, and only properly registered and insured vehicles are allowed on our roads and common property. Parking is allowed in designated parking lots only, and is not allowed along roadsides. All parked vehicles shall have a valid guest pass on the dashboard.
