Situated on 2 acres of private wooded land you can kick back and relax in this calm, quiet, stylish space located within 5 minutes from town. If you enjoy coffee, we have many options for you. Enjoy fresh roasted espresso beans for your coffee along with a Latte Go machine to make your favorite coffee drinks. We also provide a Keurig machine with a wide variety of pods. This is a brand new house with a griddle, firepit and bikes for outdoor fun. This is an open floor plan with tall cathedral ceilings. The downstairs bedroom has a Roku tv and is right next to the bathroom. The upstairs bedroom is a loft that also has a Roku tv. The kitchen is fully stocked with pots and pans, mixer, air fryer, spices and even a bullet for your smoothies. A washer and dryer are also available for your use. Enjoy time outdoors on the private patio that includes a griddle and fire table for 4. There is a washer and dryer you're free to use. We have 3 bikes available at the Little House. If you would like to use one more, we can bring one over from our house upon request. We live close to The Little House, and can help if something is needed. Please get in touch through the app and I will get back to you as soon as possible. The Little House is down a dead end street located near the Kootenai River. If you continue driving down to the end of the River Road (about 2+ miles)you can take a nice scenic walk on a trail that parallels the beautiful Kootenai River. We have many deer in the neighborhood as well as wild turkeys. Our dog Moose ( a golden retriever) may stop by to say hello. He is very friendly and is a friend to all. There is plenty of room to park and you can leave the same way you pulled in.
