Plenty of parking! 4 min drive to shopping center, 10 min to Princeton; lots of great parks and farms nearby. Flexible check-in. Family friendly! The space This studio apartment includes a queen sized bed, sofa, HD TV, high-speed WiFi, hardwood floors, bar seating dining area, and your own private full bathroom, balcony, and kitchenette including full fridge, freezer, microwave, coffee pot, hot water kettle, single burner cooktop, air fryer, plus supplies and breakfast items (cereal, oatmeal, granola bars, etc). The apartment was built as an addition to the home, so is quite separate from the main part of our house where we live. We also have two bedrooms listed on the second floor of the main house. The guests in those spaces will use the same front entrance as you, and are also welcomed to use any of our outdoor space, but have no other common shared living areas with the apartment. We are family friendly, and have a lot of baby & toddler supplies available upon request, including crib and/or pack-n-play, safety gates, outlet covers, baby bath, high chair and/or booster seats, toys, books, and strollers! Guest access Entrance uses a keypad to make your check-in experience flexible and private. Security cameras surround the perimeter of our house, plus one in the entry hall, for your safety. We have a large driveway with plenty of space for parking, and a big backyard with children’s toys and plenty of trees, flowers, and wildlife for your enjoyment! Washer and dryer available to use in the basement, which can be accessed from the entryway. Other things to note Absolutely no smoking in the building. NO PETS (hosts live on premise and have severe allergies, unfortunately this also means we cannot accommodate service animals). Quiet hours between 10PM and 6AM. Don’t hesitate to ask us for local recommendations if you’re new to the area! There is plenty to do nearby!
