Nauset Light Cottage

WINTER RENTAL AT REDUCED RATE: PLEASE INQUIRE. Located in the historic section of Bass River Village, you'll find this authentic, charming little cottage quietly situated on a peaceful property. Here you will find the perfect little Cape Cod hideaway to appreciate after a long day of exploring. The neighborhood is perfect for quiet morning strolls, afternoon beaching and bicycling, and evening walks. The space The entire cottage and small yard around the cottage is available for your use. A common area for grilling is available to guests occupying either or both cottages. A shower located (attached) to the back of the the front cottage is a common shower and is also available for guests of both cottages to use. Several outdoor cameras are in use while the homeowner is away and through the evening. Other things to note This is a Friday to Friday rental. By doing this, you avoid the heaviest of traffic getting to and from the Cape and keeps the cleaning fee costs down. If you have other days in mind, please feel free to message us for consideration.
