LOCATION! Super cute, freshly renovated & professionally decorated 2+ bedroom Vineyard cottage w/ parking, just 2 blocks from downtown & all the action! Shops, restaurants, supermarket, harbor access & the main island ferry terminal are all literally just down the road. Although quaint, the cottage has 2 bedrooms w/ queen beds, full kitchen, a living room w/ a large TV & electric fireplace & there is another room upstairs w/ a workspace, small reading area & daybed for a guest. The space The main floor has 2 small bedrooms, each with a queen sized bed. One room has a closet, and the other has clever space saving furniture for storage. Both rooms have a smart TV and a dedicated mini split for high quality air conditioning. There is 1 bathroom in the cottage w/ a glass enclosed walk-in shower. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to be able to stay at home and cook. Upstairs, there are two small rooms. One room is a work space with a desk, reading nook, and daybed for alternative sleeping arrangements. The other upstairs room is just an area to spread out, chill on a bean bag or loveseat, and just read and enjoy air conditioning. The entire cottage recently underwent a full renovation, and all the furniture and beds are still basically new.
