LOCATION! Super cute, freshly renovated & professionally decorated 2+ bedroom Vineyard cottage w/ parking, just 2 blocks from downtown & all the action! Shops, restaurants, supermarket, harbor access & the main island ferry terminal are all literally just down the road. Although quaint, the cottage has 2 bedrooms w/ queen beds, full kitchen, a living room w/ a large TV & electric fireplace & there is another room upstairs w/ a workspace, small reading area & daybed for a guest. The main floor has 2 small bedrooms, each with a queen sized bed. One room has a closet, and the other has clever space saving furniture for storage. Both rooms have a smart TV and a dedicated mini split for high quality air conditioning. There is 1 bathroom in the cottage w/ a glass enclosed walk-in shower. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to be able to stay at home and cook. Upstairs, there are two small rooms. One room is a work space with a desk, reading nook, and daybed for alternative sleeping arrangements. The other upstairs room is just an area to spread out, chill on a bean bag or loveseat, and just read and enjoy air conditioning. The entire cottage recently underwent a full renovation, and all the furniture and beds are new this season. The linens, the beds, the mattresses, the TVs, the furniture, the artwork, the pots & pans...everything is fresh & new. Guests have access of the entire cottage, including the front yard and two private parking spaces behind the cottage. It is a contact-less check-in and check-out process. However, I will be available by text / phone the entire time to take care of whatever you may need. The cottage is located directly across the street from Veterans Memorial Park - which is the site (among other things) of the annual Beach Road Weekend Music Festival. A short walk down the road in one direction is the Martha's Vineyard Museum and a marina with power boat rentals. In the other direction (also a short walk) is the main ferry terminal, as well as the main street of Vineyard Haven, where you'll find all kinds of shops, restaurants, car rentals, bike rentals, and more. There are a number of harbor facing beaches nearby as well, which are public. If you don't have your own car, you can easily rent a car or bicycle at any number of places that are just up the street from the cottage. There is also public transportation, UBER and taxis readily available on the island.
