Welcome Home! My home is right off I-35, easy access for all you travelers. Includes garage parking for one car! It’s at the end of the street in a quiet neighborhood. Restaurants, shopping, and movies just minutes away. Downtown DSM is only 10 mins and Ames is 20 mins. There's walking and bicycle paths very close. I can't wait to meet you! Safe travels! NOTE: I live in the townhouse. I have my own private bedroom and bathroom. My property is not suitable for children of any age. Thank you. The space As much as I want you to respect my home, I want you to feel comfortable and feel at home here, too. You have your own private bedroom with a 40" flat screen TV, along with a private bathroom with a bathtub and shower. I provide plush towels, hair dryer, shampoo/conditioner, makeup remover and other toiletries. You also have a lock on your bedroom door. Sorry, no cooking allowed. You're welcome to make a sandwich or use the microwave. Cooking is allowed by special requests only for guests that stay a week or longer. My property is not suitable for children. Please ask before booking children of any age. Thank you. Guest access You have access to the kitchen and the refrigerator, but unfortunately, I don't allow any cooking. If you want to make a sandwich or warm up some soup, that's fine, but no cooking. Also, please remember to clean up after yourself. NOTE: In the past some guests have abused the privilege, so I have to be very cautious to protect my home. During your stay I will spend as much time with you as you'd like. I like meeting people, that's one of the reasons I do this, but I will respect your privacy, too. I am always available by phone, text or email. Other things to note If there's anything special you need for your stay, let me know. I don't serve any cooked meals, but will always have coffee, tea, juice, snacks, and a grab and go breakfast if you'd like. I try and have breakfast bars, muffins, and fresh fruit available.
