Come vacation in luxury in a renovated basement all to your self! You will have your own entrance and no shared spaces! The main bedroom has a full fridge, microwave, cooktop & cozy queen bed. There is heat and AC, pots and pans to cook with, and in 2nd bedroom, a pull out sofa that sleeps up to two. The house is in a safe, suburban, upscale area 35 minutes from Boston (outside rush hour). There is a grocery store, pharmacy and restaurants nearby. Please read full listing before booking! Guest access Guests will have access to part of the renovated basement in a House Other things to note Please note: We have a four year old child upstairs who you may hear from time to time during the day only, but she sleeps 9-11 hours through the night. WE DO NOT BELIEVE IN HIGH CLEANING FEES AND CHORES FOR OUR GUESTS! And we DO NOT have a long list of rules! Instead, our main rule is to HAVE FUN! You are on vacation, so we want you to enjoy it! We just ask that you of course respect our house by not smoking inside and unfortunately not brining any pets as we are allergic :( We are a fun, young minded married couple with a preschooler and new baby and they are our joy :). We aim for you to have a luxury, 5 star experience! Also: We live in a suburban area with woods and a stream behind the house so in the HOT SUMMER MONTHS ONLY, there are mosquitoes and other bugs outside. To control this issue and keep bugs outside, the exterior and interior has been treated for all bugs. But it’s still possible a few to a handful of ants only, find their way inside. So please keep the door and windows closed. Unfortunately we cannot fully control nature but we are doing our best to keep it under control. We hope this will not present an issue during your stay as we would love to have you stay with us! Also, each room has a Roku for your favorite streaming and free TV. But for Netflix, HULU and other paid streaming services, you’ll have to use your own account.
