Relax, refresh & enjoy your own breathtaking private heated indoor pool & spa on 2 acre estate with 2 fountains w/koi&goldfish, movie theater, pergola, outdoor kitchen, 2 fire pits, 1 fireplace, gardens. Stay in a newly renovated guest cabin & basement bedroom with exclusive use of indoor pool, theater. Very private. Only bathroom is downstairs from Pool. No parties. Filming ok w/permission & insurance. 2 miles to Princeton U. ~100 restaurants nearby. Farm next door. The space The large indoor pool was just repainted, has large teak couch, teak chaise lounge, an amazing chandelier, enormous hand-painted ceiling mural and high-end in-wall audio (just upgraded). We’ve hosted about 20 music videos and other productions. Property has many flowering trees, vines and gardens. Large fountain with flowering plants and ~200 goldfish centers the front yard. Second fountain with large, original sculpture, 40 goldfish, 5 koi, 3 Comets and flowering plants is more modern. In the back yard is a large grass yard, your own gas fire pit, patio with pergola, lots of flowers, a walking bridge, a high-end outdoor kitchen (fridge, commercial grill, stove top, bread warmer, countertop air fryer/oven, sink, bar area). The guest cabin has a solid cherry king bed, futon, powerful ac/heat, fridge, microwave, tv, large window looking at back yard/woods. There is one bathroom. It is downstairs from the pool. You have to walk through the theater and second bedroom to access it. The downstairs bedroom has a queen bed and large closet. The movie theater has a large projected screen w/ new 4k projector, Apple TV w/ 2 game consoles and high-end in-wall audio (just upgraded) with 7 large adult recliners. We provide 2 queen size inflatable mattresses that you can use in the theater for additional sleeping accommodations. The second bedroom connects to your own bathroom. We provide basic kitchen supplies (pans, plates, cups, utensils, spices, knives/cutting boards, drip+Nespresso, etc). There are about 100 restaurants nearby that deliver nearly anything you could want. The property is very private and special (2 fire pits, 2 fountains, outdoor fireplace, pergola with 10 chairs around large teak table, lots of nature). The property is mostly powered by solar. Farm next door with goats, alpacas, pony and chickens. Guest access You'll have exclusive access to the guest cabin (about 150 SF with its own hvac), a very nice bathroom (in the main house, next to the theater), exclusive use of the theater and the indoor pool/spa. You’ll get shared access (with owners) to the large yard with 2 fish fountains, pergola, many sitting areas, gas fire pit outside guest house, smokeless wood fire pit outside fence (amazing space!), outdoor fireplace next to high-end outdoor kitchen with grill, fridge, bread warmer, stove, pots/pans, spice rack, knife set, sink and basketball hoop in large driveway. The Lawrenceville Hopewell trail is about 100 meters from driveway and offers near-endless biking/walking trails, including into Princeton. Guests can also get a private tour of the Princeton Lavender Farm next door including feeding and hanging out with goats, alpacas, chickens and a pony. Other things to note There is a Lavender farm next door with outdoor event space and kid-friendly animals (goats, alpacas, pony, chickens, etc). They are available for hosting larger events like weddings. We can usually give you a private tour of the farm. We have 2 large, friendly dogs who you can meet if you want. We have landscapers come every other week and have a company that treats the yard for ticks and mosquitos. There's a lot of outdoor furniture and sitting areas. We have coolers if you want to bring drinks/food to the fire pit or to have a meal at one of the outdoor spots on the property. There are many excellent local farms that sell everything from grass-fed meat to prepared foods to organic produce. To help as many people as possible enjoy this space: We are happy to help guests with luggage and to make other reasonable accommodations. The space does require going down stairs to access the bathroom (and one of the bedrooms). The stairs have rails.
