Our affordable Hawaii condo is clean, modern, comfortable and conveniently located for exploring this amazing island. Also, our co-host, Shawn, lives less than a mile away; he’s there to help make your stay wonderful. Enjoy all that Hawaii has to offer! The most beautiful beaches on the island (Hapuna, A-Bay, Wailea, and more) are just 15 minutes away. The condo is a great launching pad to explore waterfalls, volcanoes, coffee farms, and hike breathtaking trails. Nestled at 1,000 ft. elevation, morning temperatures are usually in the 60s with cool trade-winds blowing. Take a short walk to Lava Java to sip your coffee. A quaint KTA grocery store is nearby. Great restaurants (Village Pizza, Big Island Fire Art (Chinese), Pueo’s Osteria) are a one-minute car ride away. Across the street is a Robert Trent Jones designed golf course where you get discounted rates as our guests. Book our condo, enjoy all the aloha and make lifelong memories with loved ones. The condo is 2 bedroom/ 2 bath 950 square feet. The guest bedroom and living room lanai (patio) faces the neighborhood road. This gives us access to all the amenities (restaurants, etc) above - however, it does create some road noise. We live in a major US city and don't find this bothersome; however if you live in a more rural setting please take this into consideration as you book. Per Condo association rules only 6 ppl are allowed to reside in the unit at once. Portable AC units are provided, in general though (due the elevation and temperature) central air is not standard in many of the condo complexes there. You will have access to the entire condo. Our on-island co-host lives less than 1 miles away and will be able to help you if any needs arise. Our condo is the quiet neighborhood of Waikoloa Village (this is not be confused with the Hilton Waikoloa Village Resort that is 15 minutes away on the coast). The neighborhood sits at 1000 ft. in elevation, and typically stays cool in the mornings and evenings (mid 60s). Most of the people living here are locals. A few condo complexes surround the neighborhood golf course, pool and tennis courts. It is a quiet neighborhood where most things close by 9p. One parking space is reserved for our unit. Additional overnight parking is not available in our condo complex. A car would be necessary for getting around. Ride share services do service our neighborhood; however they can be pricey. Per HOA rules, no pets are allowed.
