King II - Near Boston but suburban

This is one of four bedrooms I list. If it's not available you can check my other listings. This is a king bed in a large room with a computer desk and chair. Nice curtains and shades for sleeping comfort. There is a shared bathroom just outside the bedroom. The space This is a single family home in the suburbs. We have a beautiful pool and patio area which is available in the summer, beginning mid-June. This is a large room with a king size bed. There is a computer desk and chair, dresser and mirror and a luggage rack. The rooms are very clean with hard wood floors and they all have air conditioners (in the summer). The shared bathroom is just outside the bedroom, is big and beautiful. There is another full bath on the first level to use in emergency’s. Guest access 1. Guests are welcome to use the kitchen for light and fast cooking only. 2. Certain foods that leave the whole house smelling like the food for days should be avoided. 3. Each of the 4 guest rooms is offered one half of a shelf of space in the refrigerator and some dry goods storage space. Try to shop for just a few days of food at a time. 4. Laundry is offered for use to guests staying 6 days or more. There are two launder-mats within 5 min of the house. 5. The pool area and fire pit are at your service while in season as well. Fire wood can be purchased at the local hardware store. 6. There are no TVs in the rooms, but the WiFi is strong for connecting your devices. Do not bring TVs. 7. The patio and pool area are free to use when in season. During your stay I am enjoying the experiences! I've learned a lot about the places where people come from. However, I like to respect everyone’s privacy and will give you as much privacy as you want. I'll only interact if you ask for it. I also provide advise for visiting around the area where to eat, etc..
