Heart of Monroe! Come relax and have fun with the whole family in the stylish, cozy cottage. You will enjoy this spacious 2 bedroom 2 bath home. Office with sleeper sofa for extra guest. We are conveniently located in the heart of Monroe near many locally owned restaurants that you are sure to enjoy. We are less than 10 minutes from ULM/VCOM & 5 minutes from Forsythe Park. Enjoy a relaxing evening on the patio or lounge inside. Please note there are steps to get inside the home at 2 entrances. The space Spacious, cozy cottage. King bed, two twin xl beds, sleeper sofa and air mattresses available. Sleeps 4 comfortably. Additional adult guests are subject to $25/per night charge. Please be accurate on your reservation. Guest access Entire home Other things to note Comfortably accommodates 4 adults with option of the sleeper sofa in bonus space. Early check in and/or late check out may be accommodated with prior notice. $30 per hour. We are NOT pet friendly due to severe allergies. A $150 fee will be issued if a pet is brought to property and will be asked to remove pet. Absolutely no smoking/vaping of any kind. $500 fee will apply plus any additional damages from smoke.
