The jalousie windows throughout the unit create a fantastic cross breeze, but you can take advantage of the convenience of an efficient mini-split AC unit in the living room to keep you cool. It’s less than a mile from The Shops at Kukui'ula, a short drive into Historic Koloa Town, and a great central spot on the island 45 mins away from the top of Waimea Canyon + an hour away from the North shore. Condo is located on the 3rd floor (up 1.5 flights of stairs) in building 39, which is tucked away on the west side of the property next to the Moir Cactus Garden + sits next to the Sheraton Kauai Resort.
