You will be given private access codes and are the only ones with these codes. There are two separate keypad entrances. The entire space is yours to enjoy. There are 5 private bedrooms, an office and 3.5 baths. The master bedroom has an en-suite bath and king bed as well as a triple bunk featuring a full and two twins. Four bedrooms are furnished with queen beds, closets, and overhead fans. The office designed as dual space with a desk and chair, and an extra twin bed. The main living room has a futon couch, a large flat screen tv, and an open space for entertainment. The master suite features both king sized bed + a beautiful soaking tub that's perfect for relaxing and a separate walk-in shower. There are two fully equipped kitchens and two laundry areas for guest use. You can access the property through either entrance, but there is a main entrance that will access the entire space. The renovations were done in 2020, and this property has been happily hosting short term rental guests since! Guests are also encouraged to travel by using ride share apps such as Uber/Lyft. Chauffeur and Cab services are also available. The property is at a such a great location for walking around to the most popular areas in the city such as Frenchmen street and Bourbon street.
