No unannounced or surprise visitors. -Primary guest must be at least 26 years old. ✅ Pets & Service Animals: -Pets are not allowed unless pre-approved by the host. -Service animal exceptions require communication before booking. Documentation is required. -Additional cleaning fees may apply for approved animals. -All approved animals must follow guest rules. ✅ Booking Requirements: -The person booking must stay at the property unless prior arrangements are made.
