The family-friendly lakehouse is quite spacious, with 2 living rooms, a fully equipped kitchen, 2.5 baths, 2 private rooms on the first floor, & 4 private rooms on the second floor. Enough indoor space for 12-14 people comfortably, in addition to outdoor space. Other things to note 🚨 House Rules, Policies & Notes ✅ Social Gatherings: -Small, respectful gatherings are allowed but must be disclosed and approved before booking. -No loud parties allowed—this is a peaceful, residential neighborhood. -Any group exceeding the number of overnight guests needs prior approval. -NO outdoor shoes on 2nd floor & carpets. ✅ Guest Registration: -All overnight guests, including children, must be listed during the reservation. -Any visiting guests (non-staying) must be approved in advance. No unannounced or surprise visitors. -Primary guest must be at least 26 years old. ✅ Pets & Service Animals: -Pets are not allowed unless pre-approved by the host. -Service animal exceptions require communication before booking. Documentation is required. -Additional cleaning fees may apply for approved animals. -All approved animals must follow guest rules. ✅ Booking Requirements: -The person booking must stay at the property unless prior arrangements are made. You may not book on behalf of another group without host approval. -Booker or individual of group must have positive prior reviews to be approved. ✅ Community & Property Guidelines: -No smoking or vaping inside the house. -Quiet hours must be respected: 10:00pm-7:00am. -Oversized vehicles or campers must be discussed with host beforehand. -Be transparent about the purpose of your stay—no unauthorized events. -All water activities must be launched from our private pier; guests are not allowed on the community beach (no access to community / association maintained beaches) -This home is in a private community—please respect neighbors and local rules. ⚠️ Safety Notice: -The property is located near a busy intersection—please use caution when entering and exiting the driveway. -While the yard is fenced and leads directly to the private beach area, children must be supervised at all times due to nearby water and vehicle traffic. -Life jackets are recommended when using kayaks or fishing from the pier. 🚫 Violations May Result In Additional fees and Immediate removal from property without refund. 📝 PLEASE NOTE: Landscaping services are scheduled at the lakehouse on a bi-weekly basis. Because service dates and times may vary, there is no set schedule for their visits. If you see landscapers on the property during your stay, please be aware that they are authorized to be there.
