The space The entire 3rd floor (“walkup”) of this Victorian Brownstone is exclusively yours to enjoy. Being on top, you will bask in abundant natural sunlight from morning to evening, and you will share this bright space with an array of thriving green plants. Mornings here are a delight, with sunlight streaming through floor-standing stained glass works of art. The interplay of green light from the stained glass and the lush greenery sets a soothing tone as you savor your morning coffee or tea to get you ready for the day. Your bedroom, facing a quiet courtyard, offers a tranquil retreat with a queen-sized Tempur-Pedic bed, ensuring a restful night's sleep. There is plenty of closet space to neatly store all your belongings. If a second bed is required, the sofa bed in the living room can be converted into a second bed accommodating two more guests comfortably. Our fully stocked and well-equipped kitchen provides many cooking options including baking, microwave, or air-fry. Our bathroom is always clean ensuring a refreshing experience every time. For occasional business or remote work travelers, our luxury home offers modern business center amenities. You'll have high-speed Wi-Fi and, upon request, access to a printer, copier, scanner, and office supplies to streamline your work and giving you more time to enjoy Hoboken to the fullest. Guest access You have your private entrance. Your entry keys are available to you as you arrive. For additional security at the entryway, a Nest camera is in place for added building safety. Other things to note You are in a smoke-free building. You are staying on the 3rd floor with two flight of stairs to walk up, without an elevator. Our Airbnb is close to all 3 major airports (JFK, LGA, and EWR). The closest airport would be Newark Airport (EWR) which is only 20/25 minutes by Uber/Lyft with normal traffic. There is no parking on the buidling premise; instead, you can park on the street on the non-resident side with our visitor parking "permit" for free during your entire stay. Graco's Pack-n-play is on-site for your newborn. We also childproof our premise if needed. Guests take full responsibility for any accidents, injuries, or illnesses that occur while on the premises or its facilities. By accepting the guest booking, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of our premises.
