The space Our artsy and large studio apartment (26' x 40') is great for guests/families/retreats. designed as an "open concept living" space. * the space includes a double bed and 2 twin beds…. Please note: our “3 bedrooms” are semi-private (there are no doors/walls). I have separated the sleeping areas with curtains and screens. Please note. There is no tv or ac in the unit. Take advantage of 2 sitting areas, plus a fully applianced eat-in kitchen,a very large dining table and a spacious full bathroom. We are solar powered :) and have an EV 220 charger available upon request. Guest access Access is through a private entrance, we will arrange key pick up for your arrival. Other things to note We (the hosts) live upstairs in the hayloft & can offer ideas for a good hike, bite or bike ride. We are located on the MA/CT border. Known as the Quiet Corner or the Last Green Valley you can enjoy birding and antiquing all year long. We have excellent recommendations for restaurants, golf courses and breweries found throughout the area.
