Upstairs: primary king suite with bath + three additional bedrooms and a shared “his & hers” bath. Lower level: 5th bedroom adjacent to a full bath and a sleeper sofa. Washer/dryer in unit; central A/C upstairs; fast Wi‑Fi. Sleeps 12 comfortably.  Guest access Entire home, porches/patio, lawn and swingset, office, laundry. Driveway parking. 10 min to Andover commuter rail, ~40 min to Logan (BOS) and Manchester‑Boston (MHT).  For Thanksgiving week We stock plenty of cookware, serving platters, and table settings. Local tips: the Feaster Five—Massachusetts’ largest Thanksgiving Day run—is in nearby Andover (great for families & runners). Pre‑order turkeys, sides & pies locally (Butcher Boy Market, Boston Hill Farm) and plan to pick up before Thursday (large supermarkets in MA are closed on Thanksgiving).  Other things to note No pets; no parties (Airbnb has a global anti‑party policy and enhanced holiday screening). Quiet hours after 10pm. Please list all visitors in your booking.  Neighborhood Family‑friendly North Andover near Merrimack College, Phillips Academy, Brooks School, trails, and farms; quick access to 114/495; day trips to Newburyport, Ipswich & Salem. Guest access Guests will have access to all areas of the house and yard, excluding the garage, utility room, and attic space. The primary bedroom & 2nd bedroom closets will be locked for owner use only. Other things to note The 5th bedroom and adjacent full bath are located in the basement level of the home. Air conditioning is central on the 2nd level, where bedrooms 1-4 are located. 1st level air conditioning is through a portable unit that can be relocated between spaces if needed. The home includes a lengthy driveway parking for cars. In the event of a power loss, the home is equipped with an electrical generator, which will automatically activate. During summer months, lawn mowing will take place once a week, during daylight hours. An automatic sprinkler system will also run in the morning and evening. In the winter months, plowing service will take place as needed in the event of a snowstorm. Early or late check in, or cleaning services can be added to your stay, pending availability, for an additional cost. We supply sufficient trash bags, paper towels, toilet paper, and other household essentials designed to last approximately three days. Should your stay extend beyond this period, we request that you take on the responsibility of replenishing these items.
