The cottage sits behind the main house on the property, offering a peaceful retreat with all the comforts of home. Whether you’re out exploring or simply kicking back and relaxing, this is your place to unwind. The space Spacious living room with a fireplace, smart TV, cable, and free Wi-Fi. The bedroom features a queen-size bed, generous closet space, and a smart TV. Two twin air mattresses and a Pack ’n Play are available upon request. Enjoy a fully renovated kitchen with brand-new appliances, plus in-unit washer and dryer. One full bathroom. Private patio with outdoor seating and a new grill—perfect for relaxing or dining al fresco. Guest access Guests have full access to the cottage and private patio. Parking is available right alongside the cottage for your convenience. Other things to note • The cottage is located behind the main house but offers plenty of privacy. • We provide all linens, towels, and basic toiletries to make your stay comfortable. • A Pack ’n Play and two twin air mattresses are available upon request—please let us know in advance. • Quiet residential neighborhood—please be respectful of noise levels, especially in the evenings. • Self-check-in available with a lockbox entry system. • No smoking or parties allowed. • We’re local and happy to provide recommendations or help if anything comes up during your stay!
